Jeff Simmons, Production Manager
Jeff is our IICRC CertifiedProduction Manager who oversees all the Crew Chiefs and Technicians. Jeff has been in the customer service industries mixed with construction throughout my work history. Skills learned along the way such as problem solving, trouble shooting, and being able to adapt to change, have helped to develophiminhis current position.He is proud to be part of the SERVPRO WLBB team since 2016.He has gained a lot of knowledge inhis time here and looks forward to learning more every day. At home, I enjoy music and playing guitar alongside my friends and family.
Megan Simmons, Office Manager
Megan is the Office Manager of SERVPRO of Lansdale and has been with us for several years. Megan's previous experience of running a housekeeping and janitorial department in a large nursing home prepared her for the fast paced, ever changing environment of disaster restoration. She encourages a team atmosphere in the office. In her spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful SERVPRO is. I had significant mold in my basement from a water runoff problem. They came very quickly, did a walk through, located the problem and told me step by step what could be done. While they could do mold remediation, the water problem that was causing it had to be dealt with. I was able to schedule an inspector and looked into estimates for a basement system. The crew were all amazing, hardworking, punctual, professional and gracious. The office was always on hand by text or email to answer additional questions. After the mold project was completed, the crew picked up everything and swept my basement. No debris was left, not even in my driveway. When I had the basement system installed, those workers ran into an unforeseen problem which necessitated having three half walls of decorative brick removed. I emailed SERVPRO about checking those areas for mold. The office answered me within the day. No mold, fortunately. They actually sent a crew back out to remove some pieces of damaged wood, as well as clean and use encapsulating paint on those three areas of cinder block, at NO additional charge. I was floored. Who does that nowadays? These individuals are a pleasure to work with, patient, professional, answered all of my questions and did a phenomenal job. They are dog-friendly, too! I felt that the information given regarding what needed to be done was accurate and honest, and their estimate was fair. There was no pressure. I am beyond grateful with the positive experience I had with SERVPRO. Thank you all so much! You rock!

They had everything cleaned up and all the wet materials ripped out before any mold had the chance to grow. I would recommend SERVPRO to anyone who needs help with water in their homes!
