The town of Millbrook consists of various neighborhoods of row homes, twin homes, rancher homes. The area is also very well known as Chalfont, and in fact, it's still the name of the local playground and town watch. The neighborhoods were built between 1956 and 1962, with newer areas near the Poquessing Creek built after 1970-1975. Several Polish family farms, including Stopyra, Bushel, Strezlecki, Wyszynski and Grabowski occupied much of this area prior to the subdivision's construction.
