January 28, the building that housed my Pilates studio burned. On my visit the next day, I was in shock. Jesse Guel, of SERVPRO of NW Portland was assigned to my case. My equipment had to be moved to their facility. It had to be cleaned an re-upholstered. Jesse worked with me and with my equipment manufacturers and found solutions to every single challenge that came up. He responded to emails and calls promptly and has been extremely responsive to the urgency of re-establishing my place of business. Until now, I had no idea people like Jesse existed. He made it his business to catalog everything, assess what was salvageable and what wasn't, and sort it all out with insurance. When you're reeling in shock, these professionals are your best allies, and Jesse was the best of the best. I can't thank them enough for their diligence and professionalism.
