I had what felt like to me a huge water issue at my home. I had never had anything happen like this before I had no idea how to deal with my insurance so I called SERVPRO of Milwaukie Happy Valley and they came right out, they did their inspection and walked me through the whole process. Devin and Bill were awesome, they were always on time and helped me understand what was going on, There supervisor Shannon was amazing, she helped my wife and I understand the insurance process and was the go between for us with our insurance. I would recommend this company to anyone, I hope I never have another issue like this again but if I do I will definitely call them! Thank you all for all your help.
