Powell Valley is a nice neighborhood just east of the 26 Highway in Gresham, Oregon. Powell Valley, Gresham has quite a few grocery stores including Berry Elegant, People's Food Co-Op, and Elite Athlete. There are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat or stop in for dessert also. Powell Valley has a few churches and assisted living facilities. With shopping centers and store located throughout the area, you don't have to go far to get what you need.

We are passionate about keeping our neighborhood clean and safe. We're involved in Neighborhood Watch, graffiti removal and organizing the creation of a new park.
Our community precipitation most days of the year apart from a few short summer months. Precipitation is rain, snow, sleet, or hail. With mostly rain, the winters are very wet, cold and overcast.
