Cully Cleanup and Restoration

Cully is Northeast Portland’s largest neighborhood by land area and population; it is over 3 square miles. Original home to the Chinook peoples. Cully is also the most ethnically and racially diverse Census tract in Oregon. It is located between the Parkrose area and downtown close to Portland international Airport.
