The initial estimate for work was spot on. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. As a matter of fact, the Manager came by because he didn't want me to have standing water any longer than necessary. Now THAT is Customer Service! This SERVPRO has great customer service, very knowledgeable people when assisting with a job. 10/10 recommend for all water and fire jobs, as well as reconstruction, in order to put a house back together!!!
