Michael Whittle
Owner
Son of Dennis and Jan, and co-owner, Michael helped open the franchise in 2002. After a brief stint as a licensed independent adjuster post-college, Michael returned to SERVPRO in 2009. He is a member of the Board of Directors and supervises the division managers. He continues to help in all areas of the company as needed.
Denene Berry
Restoration Technician
Denene has been with SERVPRO®; since 2012 in fire restoration from Bethany, OK. She has done it all in fire restoration. Currently, her primary focus is maintenance. She helps manage the clean room and is responsible for workplace organization at our facilities. She keeps track of chemicals and supplies, and conducts regular safety and organization inspections on our vehicles.
Trent Smith
Commercial Account Manager
Trent has been with SERVPRO®; of Norman for 2 years. He has 15 years of sales and marketing experience with 10 of those years specializing in restoration and construction. He's traveled nationwide during tornado, hurricane and hail storm events to secure commercial and residential losses. His main focus, since being with SERVPRO®; of Norman, has been assisting Oklahoma residents and commercial clients to help facilitate their restoration needs. His goal is to build new customer relationships and develop current customer relationships.
Trent served 5 years as a volunteer youth minister and 10 years as a vocational youth minister. Currently, he supports the City Rescue Mission in Downtown Oklahoma City and support Life Church missions.
Trent has 3 teenage daughters who he enjoys going to the movies with and trying out new local restaurants together. They are Sooner and Thunder fans and like to go to the games together. Trent also likes to travel and learn the history of the area.
DJ Taylor
DJ is the newest project manager on our team at SERVPRO of Norman. He oversees and manages restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed efficiently and on time. DJ coordinates with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members to deliver top-quality restoration services. He takes pride in his strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, which enable him to manage multiple projects simultaneously. DJ enjoys traveling, fishing at the lake and playing with his dog, Artemis.
