To expedite the understanding of the entirety of my family's experience with Servpro, please look up my history to find my first review on the company as this review is directly pertaining to the followup post-cleaning services. After our home was left with multiple rooms having the drywall, trim, cabinetry and flooring ripped out, we had to find a contractor to replace, patch and relay all of the aforementioned items. As if this issue wasn't hard enough already, my wife who contracts as a profession and homeschools our daughter out of our home while being sick had to carry the load on her own for the most part, as my career takes me out of the states where at times there is little-to-no service or ability to communicate. D'Angelo Washington with Servpro of Norman demonstrated such a superior level of not only professionalism, but of genuine care in making sure my wife was taken care of and came out with exactly what she wanted in the restoration of our home; Mr. Washington and his team acted with incredible swiftness, care and attention to detail moving in and around our existing furniture and the ruins that were created as a result of the unfortunate event and made our home not only livable again, but fully restored the previous beauty we were initially attracted to in the searching and purchasing journey of custom trim, paint and flooring of our home in the first place. His ability to communicate not only with my wife, but with the construction company responsible for the damages set him apart as not only a true professional and master of his craft, but a caring human being you can count on the have not only your satisfaction but best interest in mind. His workers were incredibly kind, respectful, always had great attitudes, showed up on time, were courteous our two wild animals (a three year old little girl and high-strung Akita) and exceptionally clean considering the mess they walked into. Mr. Washington and his men really set the standard in true customer service and quality that seems so few and far between in this day and age. I would give them more than five stars if it were an option and would highly recommend them to anyone.
