Dave Jones is the Owner/President of SERVPRO of Edmond. Dave graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Dave has 15 years of experience in the insurance and restoration industries. Over the course of his career with SERVPRO, Dave has obtained the IICRC Water Damage Restoration Certification, Applied Structural Drying Certification, Anti-Microbial Remediation Technician Certification, and the Commercial Drying Specialist Certification. He also holds a Lead Based Paint Certification.

Pam Donaldson General Manager - Manages the Franchise office team with all accounting and administrative activities. She manages all aspects of franchise accounting and reporting. She ensures that all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation. At times she will develop and implement annual office administration plans and budgets to automate and improve office productivity. Using her skills, she trains and coaches all office personnel to efficiently perform all assigned tasks. Pam manages and improves customer satisfaction, including the resolution of customer concerns.

Will Kimbrough serves as the V.P. of Operations at SERVPRO of Edmond. In this new role, Will is especially focused on long-term strategy planning, day-to-day operations, national sales and relationship building, and territorial expansion through new franchise acquisition. Will comes to Team Jones with a vast amount of operations and sales experience. Prior to joining Team Jones Will spent over 19 years consulting local businesses in management and growth strategies. For the last 13 years Will has worked at SERVPRO corporate as a franchise business consultant. During his career there, he consulted on production, operations, marketing, human resource management, business development, strategic planning and B2B team building. He earned his BBA in Marketing from Delta State University in Mississippi, and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): WRT, FSRT, UFT, ASD

Kyle Alexander is Vice President of Reconstruction Services for SERVPRO of Edmond. With over 20 years experience in the construction industry and 17 years in Insurance Restoration, Kyle brings the knowledge needed to make the job run smoothly. Kyle graduated from Chapman University in 2002 with a degree in Criminal Justice. Kyle relocated from California to Oklahoma in 2008 to join our SERVPRO team. Kyle's residential and commercial construction experience ensures that your project runs smooth and is completed in a timely manner.

Greg Allen Facility Manager - If you are in Tulsa, Bixby, Claremore, Sapulpa, or Okmulgee, Greg makes sure all SERVPRO equipment, cleaning products and materials are ready to go. He also manages every square foot of our warehouse to make sure things are kept in perfect order. He oversees our content cleaning department to make sure things are inventoried and documented correctly.

Autumn is a Business Development Specialist at SERVPRO of Edmond. While most of her time is spent in the Oklahoma City market, she also contributes significantly in Stillwater and Tulsa for our team. She is a graduate of The University of Oklahoma, and previously served as the Oklahoma City Chapter President of Executive Women International.

Greg Dunn joins our Edmond location after relocating from Tulsa. In Tulsa he oversaw our contents cleaning division, and we are proud to have him come to the Oklahoma City market as our General Manager. Greg is very passionate about customer service and helping people. Greg brings well over 25 years of industry experience to our team. He is active in the community and his church and he and his family volunteer quite often.

Ronnie Davis is an Estimator/Project Manager for SERVPRO of Edmond. Ronnie brings nearly 20 years of industry experience to SERVPRO and is totally committed to ensuring that all of his customers are taken care of and billed correctly.

Rob Wickersham is a Business Development Specialist for SERVPRO of Edmond. Rob has been in the construction industry since 1975 and his structure knowledge is vast. Rob also spent ten years as a catastrophe insurance adjuster. He is a native Oklahoman and knows what it takes to get the job done. Rob is an avid outdoorsman and fisherman.

Lacey Davis is a Business Development Specialist for SERVPRO of Edmond. One of her many specialties is coordinating Emergency Ready Profiles (Disaster Preparedness Plan) with local schools, businesses, churches and government facilities. Lacey earned her B.S. degree in Management and Marketing from Oklahoma State University in 2014. She also earned her A.S. degree in Business Administration and Management from TCC. Gerald Thomas is the Director of Marketing and Business Development for SERVPRO of Edmond and Team Jones. Gerald graduated from Alcorn State University and is a retired Army Officer in which 10 of those years were spent as a Corp of Engineer Officer which entailed the management of various construction and reconstruction projects. He has over 20 years of experience in sales management and marketing experience. In his new role Gerald will be responsible for the development and growth of the sales team, sales and marketing strategy. He is active in the community and is a Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma.

Armando Mendoza is the Large Loss Project Manager for SERVPRO of Edmond and Team Jones. Armando has 20 years’ experience in fire, water, mold, HVAC cleaning, in residential and commercial projects. Previous roles he has held include Large Loss Coordinator of multiple storm events, Operations Manager of 75+ employee restoration company, and General Manager of 10 million+ a year restoration company. Notable projects include:

Dennis McKinley is the Vice President of Commercial Large Loss for SERVPRO of Edmond and Team Jones. Dennis brings nearly 20 years of industry experience to our team. He has extensive experience overseeing commercial projects in the United States and the United Kingdom. In 2009 Dennis sold and produced one of the largest disaster projects in SERVPRO history at the University of Louisville, after a flood totaled 5 campus buildings and damaged at least 4 others. Between 2010-2012 Dennis wrote the Corporate Commercial Large Loss Play Book which provides standards that are still followed by the industry today. In 2013 he built and managed from the ground up a very successful restoration franchise and won Rookie of the year/Texas and National of the Year in 2014. Most recently Dennis has managed the Extreme Response Teams (13 Teams) “Best of the Best” and he has managed the Large Loss Response Team (135 franchises). He coordinated commercial response for storm teams, provided leadership for Commercial Large Loss Division Project Managers, lead the Document Restoration Division, and managed the Commercial Operations Specialists. Dennis is an accomplished industry veteran with extensive loss remediation background, who holds the upmost standards in ethics and accountability.
