They removed the baseboards and drilled holes in the dry wall to properly dry the walls, placed fans, dehumidifiers, and were out daily to check how everything was drying. Jason was able to save our wool area rug and it came back looking better than new- he even got a large rust stain out! All of the employees that worked on our house were absolutely wonderful- very helpful and respectful. I hope I never have another flood in my house, but if I do I will definitely be calling SERVPRO of Edmond!
