Kevin, our Production Manager, was amazing. Always quick to respond to our questions, proactively let us know what was happening next, worked around our schedule, arrived on time, and the list goes on. I hope I never have to call on them again but if I do they will definitely have my business.
Their Columbus team was fast and great in our time of need. We worked with Lashawn and he gave us great service and was very kind during a really stressful time for our family. My wife and I were very pleased with how quick the response was and how great the service was. He explained everything along the way and we'd refer anyone in need of mitigation to the Columbus team.
We just had Kenneth and James from SERVPRO come out and take care of our basement that was flooded with 4 inches of sewage water. I can't say enough good things about them. They worked hard for 12 hours straight. They were pleasant the entire time and answered every question with a smile. They didn't leave until the job was completed and perfect. It's hard to find such good workers this day and age. We are extremely happy with their service and will recommend them to anyone who needs such help.

This also applies to those contracted as well. Mark and Josh for floors and the painters. We would certainly call them again if the need arises.

By the time I caught that my clothes washer was overflowing and had been for at least 20 minutes while I was sitting just feet away, I had about $15,000 worth of damage! I called SERVPRO immediately, as soon as my son-in-law recommended them! They came as quickly as they could and told me just what would happen next. After the initial clean-up, Jeff Crawford stepped in and was with me every step of the way during the recovery/rehab months. There were so many people involved in the repair work and he managed to keep close tabs on everyone, making sure they were where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. Jeff often stopped by to check on the progress and was either right by the phone when I called with a question or concern or made sure he called me back in good time. I have a beautiful renovated home and I am so grateful for SERVPRO's help. Jeff and SERVPRO made this process as painless as they possibly could. It was a very challenging time for me and I'm grateful that my home is mine again.
