SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati is located in the heart of Roselawn near the corner of Summit and Reading road. WE have been maintaining the intersection by keeping it free of trash since 1998 and if you look closely the city has recognized our efforts by putting up a sign on the corner light post. The spring of 2013 the area suffered a significant rain storm leading to hundreds of home being affected by water damage. SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati was contracted by the metropolitan sewer district to mitigate the water damage of nearly 600 homes and businesses. That number of properties being affected required us to call in support of the SERVPRO Storm Team. By taking this action it allowed homes and business to get back to normal in record time.
The Roselawn community has recently been undergoing a significant revitalization of the area and blighted properties. The Carousel Inn and the Drake Motel were two of the most notable projects as of recent. Both of the properties were abandoned and have suffered vandalism and fire damage on multiple occasions. It is my understanding that the local fire department used these opportunities as training scenarios to further understand and share the dangers of fire damagewith the local residents. TheRoselawn business exchange, along with SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati, the local Fire and Police departments as well as several other business owners, churches and synagogues we are converting what once was an eyesore to lush green space ready for new development to grow and revitalize the Roselawn community.

They were kind, respectful, funny, hard workers (Isaiah never stopped), listened to what I said, helped me understand things going on, and even were quiet when I asked them to be because my dog is not up to par, he's a barker. Today, not so much thanks to them. But I just wanted to recognize them for their work today.
