The tech was on time, friendly, took his readings with his equipment and checked everything after listening to us and answering any questions, then said it was only an estimate to come out to check our walls to make sure mold was not hidden inside since it kept reappearing. It just turned out we have a bad humidity problem. No charge at all, I was floored! They then got back to us by email on the recommendations to remedy our problems.
