Carlisle is known for an area landmark, a double UGO house off Chamberlain Road, which resembles two silver-colored flying saucers  connected by a metal duct. This is actually two Futuro houses combined into one residence. If it’s your first time driving by the houses you’ll almost give a second look and a possible U-Turn to check out the what looks like a flying saucer home. 

Carlisle is a very small village right outside of Franklin and Germantown, Ohio. Enjoy the best wilderness experience in the region. Roscoe Roof Park is located in the heart of Carlisle, located comfortably among quiet housing subdivisions and situated next to one of the village's many CSX railroad tracks in the area. ?The largest of the village's many park system, Roscoe Roof offers a variety of recreational opportunities for Carlisle residents. Several other parks are also in the area, they have Cook Park, Lions Park just to name a couple more.
