Bellevue, Ohio, was founded in 1815 by a small group of settlers from Genesee County, N.Y., and has been a railroad town since the Nickel Plate Road laid tracks through it in the 19th century. I manage properties, and I needed an apartment checked for mold. Brandon Ramirez came out, and he thoroughly checked the apartment and made the tenant understand that he did not have mold. Prior to this, the tenant was convinced his apartment was full of mold. Brandon was awesome! He didn't even charge me for the call! I will definitely call him again when I have a mold problem.
