A typical Sunday afternoon doing laundry turned into what could have been a nightmare. The pipe connecting the water supply to my washing machine busted and flooded my basement with 2 feet of water in some areas. I immediately called SERVPRO and they assured me they would take care of everything and not to panic. Within the hour a crew was at my house and shortly after the basement was water free and professionally cleaned. The crew was professional, polite, efficient and clean! They explained all the necessary steps they (and myself) would take over the next few days to make sure no mold grew.
