Josh Werner
Josh is just one of the the members of our production team. He is a skilled Estimators and has the knowledge and skills necessary to help any customer from the very first phone call, all the way to last. He is IICRC certified in Water Damage Mitigation, Fire and Smoke Restoration, and Applied Structural Drying. Josh is also a certified by NYS in mold remediation. Josh is always SERVPRO ready and is always here to help!
Zack Suppies
Zack Suppies is the Production Manager here at SERVPRO of NW and SE Dutchess County. Zack has many years of experience in the mitigation and restoration industry. Zack has a way of making sure every job has a happy customer and goes above and beyond to do so. He is IICRC certified in Water Damage Mitigation, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Health and Safety, Carpet Cleaning and Applied Structural Drying. Zack is also a certified by NYS in mold remediation. Liz C
Liz is our Office Manager at SERVPRO of NW & SE Dutchess County since 2022. Her attention to detail simplifies "all-things office." Liz is accredited as a water restoration technician (WRT) from the IICRC and is also a Curriculum Leader. She is involved in the HOAM--Hope On a Mission, and also lives in Hopewell. Lori G
Lori has been a key office filer since 2022 at SERVPRO of NW & SE Dutchess Counties. Her training includes Commercial, Job File Audits, Water Damage Restoration and the basics of cleaning. Lori was a domestic engineer for 40 years and in construction sales for 13 years. She is a member of the Women's Auxiliary and is involved with the Boy Scouts. Loris is also CPR-trained and ready for any emergency. She lives in Wappingers Falls and enjoys reading and watching crime shows.
