    Chris Christodoulides Owner / Operator

    Chris is the proud owner of SERVPRO of North Niagara County. He has great aspirations for this new SERVPRO Franchise in the Western New York State Area. He figures there is no "Honeymoon," as he begins to build a team that exemplifies his 2020 Vision of exceptional customer service through outstanding cleanup and restoration outcomes. Chris looks forward to helping his local communities and neighbors.

    Chris has roots in the local area, having been raised in Grand Island before matriculating from The Ohio State University in 1996. His initial career in Financial Services led him from New York to Houston, TX where he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston with an MBA specializing in Finance and Investment Management. Chris discovered a passion for water damage cleanup and restoration as he put his home back in order following Hurricane Harvey's unforgettable visit.

    Chris returned to his native home in Western New York State to be closer to his dad, a renowned local urologist, and follow his new career path. He wishes to use his experiences to better the lives of his neighbors by treating their damaged properties as he would his own. Chris plans on having a well-trained and caring SERVPRO team that fulfills the needs and expectations of residential customers and commercial clients.

    You have heard of Jake from State Farm, but do you know Jake from SERVPRO of North Niagara County?
    Jake has a decade of experience and has dabbled in every type of job you can think of. ( A Jake of all trades ??.) He started at the bottom of the totem pole and quickly climbed up the ladder. The rungs included crew chief, safety manager, training manager, production manager, estimator, and now Operations Manager. Jake is well respected and fully knowledgeable on all aspects of the SERVPRO industry. He enjoys hunting, traveling, farming, and plans to live fully self-sustaining someday.
