About Us
Being prepared for disasters means much more than having a staff of restoration professionals. As a representative of a respected parent company, our SERVPRO franchise has worked to make a name for ourselves with those that call Niagara County home. When disaster strikes, you cannot wait for the right professionals to help, and nor should you. We have a 24/7 response to emergencies happening every day of the year. Our readiness for loss incidents ensures that we get mitigation and other emergency services started as promptly as possible to save our customers time and money.
Because we are in the Greater Buffalo/Niagara, much of what the area is famous for is chicken wings and natural wonders like the Falls. With the city of Niagara Falls being within our service area, we have the fast response and experience to help the hundreds of hotels and tourist attractions that have become staples of this region in their own right after decades of dependable service. With accommodations and hospitality businesses being such a profitable staple of our region, we understand how valuable a quick response can be whenever disasters like water, fire, mold, or flood damages occur.
We are a team of restoration specialists born from personal experience, as our owner Chris Christodoulides fell victim to the destructive power of Hurricane Harvey in Houston, TX, while he lived down there. Through his efforts to restore and recover this damage to the property, he ignited a passion for helping others through these same circumstances in their life. He returned to his childhood home of Grand Island to start this journey of helping others whenever disasters strike.
We have a solid tie to the communities we serve as they are the same ones that we live and grew up in. We send our kids to the same schools; we go to the same churches. We want to help you through the disasters you face because that is what neighbors do. Because we also have a network of local builders and contractors, we can offer a restoration package that covers nearly every phase of recovery from the initial inspection to the final walkthrough.
