When my hot water tank broke yesterday, I reached out to a plumber and SERVPRO to schedule service. Since it was a Sunday, I didn't expect such a quick response time. Jon and his co-worker Brian arrived before the plumber and helped me analyze the situation. They immediately put my mind at ease with their knowledge & understanding of the situation. Mike, I needed to write a note of thanks…too often, you probably hear about the things that did NOT go well. 

On Aug 15, you came to my home, and assessed the water damage to my basement.  I had a business meeting in Syracuse later that day, yet needed to have someone assess the damage and determine how to ward off additional damage from occurring.  Thanks to your efforts, two wonderful SERVPRO professionals came out to my home within an hour, set up blowers/dehumidifier – allowing me to jump in the car and head out of town (while knowing that the water damage was being taken care of.)

Zeke and Dan are truly awesome representatives of SERVPRO.  Both were professional, compassionate and efficient.  Today’s labor market is tight, and it’s hard to find good help.  These gentlemen are top notch.  Please be sure to recognize them for their outstanding customer service!
