On Aug 15, you came to my home, and assessed the water damage to my basement. I had a business meeting in Syracuse later that day, yet needed to have someone assess the damage and determine how to ward off additional damage from occurring. Thanks to your efforts, two wonderful SERVPRO professionals came out to my home within an hour, set up blowers/dehumidifier – allowing me to jump in the car and head out of town (while knowing that the water damage was being taken care of.)
Zeke and Dan are truly awesome representatives of SERVPRO. Both were professional, compassionate and efficient. Today’s labor market is tight, and it’s hard to find good help. These gentlemen are top notch. Please be sure to recognize them for their outstanding customer service!

When my hot water tank broke yesterday, I reached out to a plumber and SERVPRO to schedule service. Since it was a Sunday, I didn't expect such a quick response time. Jon and his co-worker Brian arrived before the plumber and helped me analyze the situation. They immediately put my mind at ease with their knowledge & understanding of the situation. I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I'm very pleased with the level of customer service your team provided me! Thank you again.
While the events at Gregory Park were dreadful for those directly affected by the flood, SERVPRO's role in the expedient & efficient response to get control of the situation was greatly appreciated. It was crucial that the cleanup was done as quickly as possible given that sewer water had penetrated the lower level units. You made our emergency a priority & the service provided was outstanding. As my first exposure with SERVPRO, I am impressed with both your office & field staffs.
