Manchester Center is a small subset of the larger Manchester community in Ontario County. Two major roadways, NY-96 and I-90, run right through the town, and the Canandaigua Outlet that eventually empties into Canandaigua Lake also marks the area.

On Aug 15, you came to my home, and assessed the water damage to my basement. I had a business meeting in Syracuse later that day, yet needed to have someone assess the damage and determine how to ward off additional damage from occurring. Thanks to your efforts, two wonderful SERVPRO professionals came out to my home within an hour, set up blowers/dehumidifier – allowing me to jump in the car and head out of town (while knowing that the water damage was being taken care of.)
Zeke and Dan are truly awesome representatives of SERVPRO. Both were professional, compassionate and efficient. Today’s labor market is tight, and it’s hard to find good help. These gentlemen are top notch. Please be sure to recognize them for their outstanding customer service!
