Cant say enough about this team. We recently had a flood in our house (surprise!) and Tom, Melanie and team came to the rescue. They where friendly, fast and efficient and explained everything. They did all of the work for us! In a time like this when you just get sideswiped, it was really refreshing to have a company like this come in and help. It's not wonder every star on FB is a 5 star!
After coming home to a flood in my basement Melanie and her crew made my nightmare go away. The crew were all professional and respectful. I was dealing with this by myself and they were both helpful and patient with my questions. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you!
SERVPRO of Patchogue did a great job for us after we came home from vacation to a flooded house. They arrived within a couple of hours of our call and set up fans and drying equipment right away. Mark came everyday, was on top of everything and worked closely with our insurance adjuster to document the water damage. They did a great job mitigating the damage and ensuring that we didn’t end up with any mold issues. Highly recommend!

I recently had a kitchen fire and Trish from my insurance company had sent SERVPRO of Patchogue to clean it up for me...I could never have imagined what an awesome job they would do!
My first contact was with Melanie and she really explained all the services they offered and the benefits of them.
When they arrived the following day, I met Tom...he put me at ease explaining that there would be a lot of people in my house working and how it could be overwhelming. He was right BUT it was not that bad.
The owner even came on site... all I can say is he can be real proud of his staff! They worked so hard from 9am until 5pm (only one break), very friendly, polite & professional! I felt so comfortable with this team that on day 2, I left them in the house alone with my 2 dogs and went to work!!
They took a horrible experience of a kitchen fire and made my house livable---no more smoke smell or soot anywhere!!
