This past winter created snow and ice damages in our family room. We contacted Servpro and Sal came to assess and advise. He was polite, informative, and patient with all my questions. Once the work was scheduled, Allison was keeping me up to date with work dates/times and was ever the pleasant and calming force I needed to get through my ordeal. Nick and Damian were assigned to do the physical tearout and they could not have been more polite, pleasant, and very careful and neat with all our items in the room. They made sure everything was properly covered and protected. After a few days of drying, Nick contacted me he was on his way to remove all equipment and then recommended we have them come back out after the drywall was completed to do a final cleanup. Once the room was ready for cleaning, I scheduled and Nick called as he was on his way, came and did a great job with all the cleanup. My room looked like it just as it did before all the damages. I can't say enough about all the staff I dealt with. I highly recommend Servpro for any and all your needs. Thanks for taking great care of my home.
My husband and I recently purchased a home in Amherst. Soon after moving in we discovered like anything else, it took some getting used too. At one point we had a bit of a mishap with some water, or shall I say lots and lots of water. We were concerned and needed to find out if we did any real damage. So rather than just guessing, we did extensive research, and hired SERVPRO to assess the problem(s). They sent the most knowledgeable, professional and generally great guy, Salvatore Mayes. Mind you we'd have to take them/him at their word and act accordingly. If there were any problems we'd leave it them to make the necessary corrections. Salvatore did much investigation with his knowledge, experience and moisture meter. Then with a smile, told us, we had nothing to be concerned about. SERVPRO is a phenomenal company, and their Technician Salvatore is second to none. We were extremely lucky in many ways.
I didn't find the water in my basement until late on a Friday afternoon. One call and the process was started: Assessment was done that evening by Sal and work began on Saturday morning. Nick kept me updated throughout the process, which was appreciated. Overall VERY HAPPY!

The workers were on time for the appointment. They were efficient and explained just how they would carry out their plans to abate the mold. They were professional in their duties and they cleaned up completely. Both were very pleasant in their dealings with me. Five stars for sure!!
Would highly recommend Servpro of Amherst-Clarence! They did an excellent job in removing flood water, hauling away affected items and cleaning/disinfecting all areas. Staff was courteous, professional and actually fun to work with. Office was very responsive and easy to work with A+ all around.
On December 1st of 2022, a storm knocked out my power and thus my sump pump, and my basement flooded. My insurance company said I could call whomever I wished but I wanted Servpro because they helped with a similar incident previously. They came out the next day and got right to work, saving even the lowest parts of wallboard, using microbial on everything, and drying everything out. Very impressive. Forward to now. Another insurance company wants me to prove what work was completed and show a receipt for that work, as well. Checking my records, I was unable to find either. I called Servpro, spoke to Tawnji, and explained what I needed. Within 10 minutes-TEN MINUTES-my email buzzed and I had everything I needed, down to the smallest detail. This company is wonderful and I highly recommend them
