March 25, 2015 at 6:15pm I recently had a "puff back" from my oil furnace - my house looked like someone dipped a paint brush in black soot and shook the brush in every room. I was completely overwhelmed. My insurance company recommended SERVPRO of Patchogue and I am so grateful they did. Amazing people, off the charts amazing job! In one day my home looked like my house again. Awesome job!
SERVPRO of PATCHOGUE was a godsend. My elderly mother had a house fire causing significant damage during the COVID-19 lockdown and SERVPRO made everything so easy for us. They worked with the insurance adjuster and insurance company. They quickly and thoroughly completed the work. And they did a fantastic job. Without question I would use them again.

I recently had a kitchen fire and Trish from my insurance company had sent SERVPRO of Patchogue to clean it up for me...I could never have imagined what an awesome job they would do!
My first contact was with Melanie and she really explained all the services they offered and the benefits of them.
When they arrived the following day, I met Tom...he put me at ease explaining that there would be a lot of people in my house working and how it could be overwhelming. He was right BUT it was not that bad.
The owner even came on site... all I can say is he can be real proud of his staff! They worked so hard from 9am until 5pm (only one break), very friendly, polite & professional! I felt so comfortable with this team that on day 2, I left them in the house alone with my 2 dogs and went to work!!
They took a horrible experience of a kitchen fire and made my house livable---no more smoke smell or soot anywhere!!
