Our office General Managers. Rich and Shannon Delfino. Together they have over 35 years of experience in all aspects of restoration and insurance backgrounds to assure the best level of customer service possible in every situation.
Jose Turcios
This loyal senior technician has been working hard for our SERVPRO franchise for 10 consecutive years. Jose has over 22 years of construction and restoration experience. When Jose gets some time off, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching soccer games and occasionally going the gym.
Laura Avakian
Laura is our office manager & has been with SERVPRO for 12 years. Laura has been working in the marketing/customer service/retail industry since she was 16. Laura is also an entrepreneur who owns and manages two online businesses. Daily, you can find Laura leading the fire damage pack-out team, managing and supporting the SERVPRO marketing representatives, creating content for our social media sites, and answering phone calls from customers. On her days off, Laura loves spending time with her family & cats, and line dancing with her group of dancers!
Jennifer Ohm
Say hello to our job file coordinator, Jenn! When you call SERVPRO of Patchogue, chances are, you will be speaking with Jenn. Before coming to SERVPRO of Patchogue, Jenn was an Allstate adjuster. On her free time, Jenn loves spending time with friends & family. She also likes to go to the movies and bowl.
Dylan O'Regan
Meet Dylan, our Water/Fire Restoration Crew Chief. Dylan comes to us with a vast variety of construction and restoration experience as well as a background in cleaning and maintenance. In his spare time, you can find him hiking, kayaking or competing in Jiu Jitsu Competitions.
Eileen Clark
Meet Eileen, our Administrative Assistant. She has over 15 years of administrative experience and is excited to bring her skills to SERVPRO of Patchogue. Eileen loves to spend time with her family and friends. She also loves to cook and bake in her free time. She is an avid reader and tries for at least one book a week.
Ed Heins
Meet Edward Heins. Before water restoration he has learned many trades in general construction along his journey. He thoroughly enjoys turning wrenches, learning the art of jiu-jitsu, and spending time with his sisters.
Abdul Ghanny
Abdul Ghanny is the Production Manager. He has been working with SERVPRO for 5 years. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, gardening, and watching business blogs.
Heather Ferraro
Heather is a Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO Team Luzzi. She has had 17 year experience in office, management, and administration. With 10 years experience in HVAC and construction. When she is not working she enjoys spending her time with her 14 year old son and dog doing outdoor recreation and watching documentaries on history.
Sal Rizzo
Sal Rizzo is a Restoration technician here at SERVPRO Team Luzzi. He has a few years under his belt of restoration experience. Before that he was a rifleman in the Marine Corps. He enjoys working on his car in spare time, going to the gym and spending time with his girlfriend.
Rich Pinto
Rich Pinto is a technician at SERVPRO Team Luzzi. He has several years of experience in restoration. He enjoys learning the field and is eager to jump into new projects. In his spare time he enjoys spending time going to car shows with his friends.
William Klipp
Bill is our Crew Chief at SERVPRO here at TEAM Luzzi. Bill started as a technician with us and has grown to become a key member of our team. Bill has a plumbing and HVAC background from previous work experience as a pipe fitter in a local union. This experience has been valuable in his role as a Crew Chief, where he brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the team.
Outside of work. Bill enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as fishing and riding motorcycles.

I would like to give a special thanks to SERVPRO of Patchogue for their wonderful job! Laura and her crew were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
I had a flood that devastated three floors in my home and State Farm Insurance Company recommended SERVPRO of Patchogue to pack and store my furniture in their climate controlled warehouse while my floors were refinished. My belongings were handled with care and everything came back in perfect condition! Excellent job!
Not only did Laura coordinate and orchestrate the entire operation to ensure that everything went smoothly from beginning to end, she was on site and hands on treating our items as if they were her own.

Just want to thank Tom and Mike for doing such a fantastic job removing water damage from my basement. They were kind, sweet and very knowledgeable. Tom explained everything first and they both answered any questions or concerns. I couldn't walk to the basement after recent ankle surgery so they brought me the damaged boxes on plastic to go over. Before leaving with fans and dehumidifier in place, they even hooked tubing into kitchen sink for humidifier knowing I couldn't get downstairs. And they cleaned my hardwood under the tarp before going! Rich, the owner, set up the appointment immediately. Despite having to remove some stored items, you made a first time in need actually a pleasant experience! Thank you!

Mike and the crew did an excellent job on our home. Their attention to detail and true professionalism can't be beat. When dealing with water, mold pets and small children you need a dependable company that is going to make your home safe, SERVPRO did just that!! Melanie is an absolute pleasure to work and helped make a very stressful situation easier. They had a sense of urgency that matched my own, compassion for my kids and pregnancy, eased my worries, communicated endlessly and promptly with our adjuster, treated my family and I with professionalism, and even dusted my picture frames for me! I seriously cannot thank them enough!! Service like that is hard to come by.
We had the most disgusting and foul odor throughout the entire house resulting from hours of protein smoke. SERVPRO of Patchogue assigned a project manager who took care of everything from insurance to cleaning to finding someone to take care of our clothing. We went out of town for a week and when we came back everything was taken care of.
We couldn't have made a better choice.
