My Franklinville home was hit by a snow last Saturday. A 40ft. tree that had died, fell under the weight of the snow and landed on my home, went through roof attic and landed in a bedroom and destroyed it. My sister’s children had come to visit the night before and that upstairs room is their playroom, very scary! I had water damage on four floors, dining room, kitchen and basement. My deck damaged, doors, windows, pool, shingles destroyed. The next day SERVPRO of Woolwich arrived. Mr. O’Donnell (owner) made my life so much easier. He was easy to talk to, organized, and his staff was caring. They worked quickly and caringly. No mess and always there during a most STRESSFUL time. My house was classified a disaster. What I was very comfortable with, was these eight men came and worked non-stop. A young lady was also with them and made the day a delight. She helped me and always had a gentle smile on her face. She attended the female role as a watched during this time of urgency. What a wonderful service that I had no knowledge about. Although there is still work to be done from different contractors, the team from SERVPRO has made this catastrophe less difficult to bear.

They were professional and helpful, got in and did the work without wasting any time. Came back daily as promised to check the drying progress and did not leave their equipment any longer than absolutely necessary. They kept me informed of what they were doing and did not remove or take anything to the dump that was not authorized by me first. The owner went toe to toe with the insurance company to make sure they paid for mold damage that was discovered when he removed wet insulation. He took photos of the damage to prove what needed to be done. The crew was consistently monitor their equipment and logging everything that happened. After three water and sewer disasters in a couple of weeks, I was very happy to deal with a professional outfit that worked as hard as they work. And they worked around my schedule so it was done at my convenience. Not one minute was wasted and I have no complaints. People that had bad experiences with other franchises should not assume they are all bad. Scott and his men were the best I could have ever hoped for to clean up my house so I could have it properly repaired.
