We had a major storm come thru our area with High Winds, Rain, and lots of Thunderstorms with lightning. Our house had major damage to the roof, chimney, gutters, and windows.
I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the technicians that were sent to handle the Board up, cleaning, and drying out.
The were very thorough, and explained the entire process to me. They took extra time to make sure they kept the moldy waste taken out of my house away from my children's play area, and to make sure nothing was left behind when they left. They even double checked a closet that I had forgotten to look in to make sure there was no mold in there.
I know you usually only hear when an employee makes a mistake - but these gentlemen should be praised for their attention to detail and the care they showed in my home.

- Mold spores thrive on moisture. Mold spores can quickly grow into colonies when exposed to water.

We had storm damage After coming back from a week vacation, we discovered that our washer hose burst. Mold was found and odor was all over our basement.

Then they placed big air scrubbers, and containment. They came back each day to check on the drying process. They took lots of pictures and helped us through the whole process.
