heat). Before long he had everything coordinated with the various contractors,
as well as my insurance adjuster. The damage was devastating, but SERVPRO
had everything under control immediately. I highly recommend them and am extremely pleased with their professionalism and their customer oriented service!

We had Lightening damage and our kitchen caught fire.

This SERVPRO Woolwich took care of my difficult and stressful property issue.  Not only were they extremely professional and respectful of my situation and feelings, but they were the most cautious and informative I've ever seen in a cleanup crew. Although I haven't had much experience with cleanup companies, I feel like they were definitely qualified for the job. 

They took all the proper steps needed to make sure everything ran smoothly and safely for us and for them.

The production manager treated me and my family like he would his own, this made me feel even more at ease after such a stressful loss.

We had a major storm come thru our area with High Winds, Rain, and lots of Thunderstorms with lightning.  Our house had major damage to the roof, chimney, gutters, and windows.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the technicians that were sent to handle the Board up, cleaning, and drying out.

The were very thorough, and explained the entire process to me.  They took extra time to make sure they kept the moldy waste taken out of my house away from my children's play area, and to make sure nothing was left behind when they left.  They even double checked a closet that I had forgotten to look in to make sure there was no mold in there.

I know you usually only hear when an employee makes a mistake - but these gentlemen should be praised for their attention to detail and the care they showed in my home.

I recently had a water damage in my basement. SERVPRO of Washington came to help remove the water and dry things out. The crew leader came in with a thermal camera and showed me where it was wet. The water had gone much further than I first thought. After getting a game plan together, her crew got started. After measuring things up, she actually put her stuff on the basement steps and started moving furniture around. They set fans and a couple crazy dehumidifiers in the basement and 4 days later, everything was dry. It stunk pretty bad in the beginning but when they left things smelled much better.
