We went away on vacation and when we returned home, we discovered that our hot water heater had blown. We had no idea what to do or who to call. A good friend suggested we call SERVPRO of Washington/Woolwich so we did. I am happy to report that they sent a crew right out to start cleaning up the mess. They spent hours sucking up the water and moving our furniture. Then they placed big dehumidifiers and air movers. They came back each day to check on the drying process. They took lots of pictures and helped us through the whole process. The basement has not looked this good in twenty years. I cannot begin to thank them enough for all they did for us. I recently had a water damage in my basement. SERVPRO of Washington came to help remove the water and dry things out. The crew leader came in with a thermal camera and showed me where it was wet. The water had gone much further than I first thought. After getting a game plan together, her crew got started. After measuring things up, she actually put her stuff on the basement steps and started moving furniture around. They set fans and a couple crazy dehumidifiers in the basement and 4 days later, everything was dry. It stunk pretty bad in the beginning but when they left things smelled much better. They deodorize too! The owner came back on the last day with that camera and checked everything out. Great Job, and Thank YOU very much!

We had Lightening damage and our kitchen caught fire.

This SERVPRO Woolwich took care of my difficult and stressful property issue.  Not only were they extremely professional and respectful of my situation and feelings, but they were the most cautious and informative I've ever seen in a cleanup crew. Although I haven't had much experience with cleanup companies, I feel like they were definitely qualified for the job. 

They took all the proper steps needed to make sure everything ran smoothly and safely for us and for them.

The production manager treated me and my family like he would his own, this made me feel even more at ease after such a stressful loss.

The were very thorough, and explained the entire process to me.  They took extra time to make sure they kept the moldy waste taken out of my house away from my children's play area, and to make sure nothing was left behind when they left.  They even double checked a closet that I had forgotten to look in to make sure there was no mold in there.

I know you usually only hear when an employee makes a mistake - but these gentlemen should be praised for their attention to detail and the care they showed in my home.

All disaster restoration companies are not alike SERVPRO in general some of us who have been in disaster restoration for many years do a great job and are worth calling.
