When a pipe burst unexpectedly in our finished basement, we quickly realized that there was just more water than we could realistically remove... even with multiple shop vacs and a sump pump!
SERVPRO responded quickly on that Saturday afternoon and had a crew at the house within an hour of our call. They were able to remove the water so much more effectively than we were and placed industrial fans and dehumidifiers to dry the area. Their quick response time is the reason why we were able to save much of our furniture, all of our drywall, and kept our personal property damage to a minimum.
Joe was fantastic to work with and made a nightmare of a situation easy to deal with. He even came back out after the equipment was removed to be there when the insurance adjuster walked through the house a few days later.
While we can't say we wish to ever have to use them again, we wouldn't hesitate to call them if we ever have need to! They have our highest recommendation.
Your staff comprised of both Josh’s could not have been better for us. The gentlemen were mannerly- starting with wiping their feet, introducing themselves to all of us.What follows next is ... perfect service. They are the BEST!! Especially with dealing with a difficult claim
Our conditioner discharged 50+ gallons of water into our crawl space while we were out of town. When we discovered it there were tons of clean up and odors to deal with. I started on my own but was way over my head. Cortney from SERVPRO of Salem County came out within the hour and gave me a reasonable quote for remediation. The job was completed the following day as promised with excellent results performed by courteous efficient technicians. Clean up was completed and there was no disturbance of the surrounding areas.
