Jay is our Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Salem County. He has gone through the SERVPRO HeroReady program. He is a certified (IIRC) Water Removal Technician. He smoothly guides all our jobs with boots on the ground for every job. In his time off, you can find him spending time with his family and friends.
Dorothy Lovell
Dorothy Lovell is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Salem County. She handles all active jobs from beginning to end as well as our social media platforms. If you have a question about your job she is the one to ask! In her spare time you can find her with friends and family.

We had gotten water in our lower level from the storms overnight. The next morning I called SERVPRO. Never being in this situation before, I didn't know what to expect. Cortney was very pleasant and responsive. We got a quick call from Craig and he came out to see my property that same day. He was friendly, knowledge and explained the entire process. The following morning he and his crew came out to start the cleanup. They showed up when they said they would and did the job they said they would. I was impressed by everyone and felt like a weight had lifted. SERVPRO gave me peace of mind and did a great job. I will recommend them for sure.
