I had a large water problem in my dining room that unfortunately for me extended to the living room. When it literally started raining in my house, I called SERVPRO who connected me to Kevin the project manager. After inspection, it became clear that the leak had caused a mold problem in my ceiling. Kevin was professional, communicative and helpful in answering all my questions. Additionally, his crew, Rob and Justice, came in a mitigated the mold remediation process including moving the furniture with care, putting up plastic, taking down the moldy ceiling drywall, putting up the protective plastic and painter’s tape with care and finally running the fans to get rid of the moisture out of my house. It was very stressful but the team dried out the mess in those two rooms and got rid of the debris safely and cleanly. I liked this team so much that I went ahead to have their reconstruction team put my ceiling back up. Thanks to Kevin, Rob and Justice. I would rec to anyone having any type of water issue and clean up in their home or business. One last note: I sincerely appreciate a prompt answer when I called the first time and was put in touch with a project manager within 24 hours.

Dan and Justice were very helpful, professional. They did a through inspection, were not pushy, gave me good recommendations for next steps.

We called this SERVPRO the night of Easter Sunday panicking about water that leaked into our walls and ceiling. Jason picked up the phone and came right over the next morning with Kevin. They quickly assessed what needed to be done and had a whole crew in the next day opening up the walls and installing the drying equipment. It took about a week and during the whole process they were incredible to work with - responsive, on time, and extremely diligent. They worked seamlessly with our home insurance company to make everything as smooth as possible. They even saved our wood floors which had started to buckle from water damage. We can't imagine having to go through such a stressful experience without the help of this team.
