Oakhurst Cleanup and Restoration

Oakhurst is an unincorporated section within Ocean Township, in Monmouth County, NJ.  Although the population of this section is small, around 5,000 people, it has gotten some recent attention with the Pittsburg Steelers drafting Oakhurst native, Kenny Pickett, in the first round of the 2022 NFL draft to be their starting quarterback.

Most of the businesses in town are located on the west side of town along the Route 35 corridor which runs north/South.  Some of the more notable businesses include the Oakhurst Pharmacy, Raymour and Flanigan Furniture, VCA Animal Hospital, Posillipo Italian Restaurant, and Rook Coffee.  SERVPRO was proud to be able to assist many Oakhurst businesses with Covid 19 cleanings during the height of the pandemic which allowed them to remain open safely.

Oakhurst has its own volunteer fire department, the Oakhurst Independent Hose Company #1.  SERVPRO has helped provide restoration services to several Oakhurst homeowners following fire damage to their homes.  Of course, we also provide water and storm damage restoration as well.

While there are a variety of home styles and sizes, Oakhurst is an affluent community with a median home price near $800k.  Adding to the appeal of this section are several parks and preserved spaces including Joe Palaia Park located on Dow Ave across from the school.
