Jackson Township is the largest town in Ocean County by far, which is just over 100 square miles in size and a portion is inside the Pine Barrons. Six Flags Great Adventure and Safari and Hurricane Harbor is an enormous theme park with rides, games and shows. Kingda Ka and El Torro are just two of their many rollercoasters. Howling Woods Farm is a 501(c)(3) educational facility with the primary purpose of teaching visitors about the true nature of wolves and are located on a 10 acre pinewoods forest in the Pinelands National Reserve. Bunker Hill Bogs offers a diversity of habitats from open water and wetlands to upland forest and is a hot spot for birding in Jackson. Some birds live here year-round, while others are winter residents. In the spring and fall, many species pass through as they migrate to and from their summer and winter homes. The Jackson Chamber of Commerce is a great group of local businesses and residents who are enthusiastic about our community. The host the town’s annual Jackson Day which is held every October and a chamber golf outing every May. The town also holds an annual Wounded Warrior Parade and Escort in October that honors true heroes, Wounded Veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars, along with veterans from Vietnam, Korea, and World War II. Residents, organizations and clubs line up from the Justice Complex on West Veterans Highway to the Central Jersey Rifle and Pistol Club as a sign of honor and support.

We had a sizable amount of water damage due to a problem with our refrigerator. We notified SERVPRO of Jackson/Lacey on a Wednesday afternoon, and the crew arrived promptly the next morning. Roland and Marvey were wonderful as were the rest of the team. All work to be done was explained clearly and thoroughly. Everyone took the utmost care when moving our furniture and packing contents of the drawers. They made a stressful situation more tolerable. All workers were totally professional, yet extremely personable and friendly. I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors and would welcome Roland, Marvey and any of the crew back into my home without hesitation. When the job was finished, we felt as though we were saying goodbye to friends rather than workers! Such a great group of competent and respectful men.
Having everyone involved in the restoration process in our home working tirelessly has been a pleasure. Chris was incredible, keeping us informed of each step required to complete the job and making sure all work was handled professionally and respectfully. We now have beautiful new hardwood floors and carpeting and couldn’t be more pleased with how the friendly and highly competent workers finished the job.
I want to give a big shout out to SERVPRO of Jackson/Lacey! We woke up to a flood early Sunday morning in our first floor bathroom that leaked down into our basement. I called SERVPRO° at 6:30am and was immediately greeted by Shannon. She could hear the panic in my voice, but she quickly walked me through the process of turning of the water source and assuring me everything would be "Like it never happened". Within 2 hours, a team arrived to clean up! Did I mention this was a Sunday morning?? Jerry and Warner, the crew men, kept me calm while they assessed the flood and damages. They reassured me again and again that this was a simple clean up for them! Within 2 hours they had my home looking like it never happened! Over the next 4 days, Shannon and Julie called us daily to check on the status of the dryers/blowers and to see if we had any questions or concerns. Shannon was wonderful with helping us to navigate filing the claims with our home owners insurance company throughout this process. Jerry and Warner came everyday to check on the blowers and continued to monitor for any potential moisture buildup. Overall, SERVPRO° left our home dry and free from any potential water damage and mold. Thank you SERVPRO for saving the day!!!
