The Hackensack Fire Department is a career department with approximately 100 members. Tragically, The Hackensack Ford dealership fire on July 1, 1988, resulted in the deaths of five firefighters after a bowstring truss roof collapsed. After the initial call to Steve, the gentlemen were here in no time and proceeded to eliminate our water problem. They came each day to check on the drying. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.
After normal working hours and within 15 minutes of my initial call, Lenny had dispatched a crew to my house to clean up water damage from a broken pipe in my upstairs laundry room. Kevin and TJ were on site within the hour and were very professional and informative on what they had to do to start the restoration process. The paperwork was an easy 5 minutes on an iPad and they got to work. Great experience.
