This company was wonderful. They helped when my pipes froze and burst in my basement. My basement was already a mess and they cleaned up the water and even went as far as cleaning up my entire basement for me! Plan on actually using it now :)
We had our first loss which was a total nightmare - completely flooded space, 65% gone - floors, walls, etc. Our case manager Stone Shi was extremely helpful understanding what needs to be done, the steps in the process and all along assuring us that they are experts and the work will be done correctly, timely, and everything will be taken care of. While this is a stressful experience for anyone, it helps knowing there are experts on your wide. Stone Shi took care of taking all the photos and submitting them to the insurance company, the workers were scheduled to come out the same week, and we felt really taken care of during this difficult time.
Thanks, great experience, water in my basement got pumped out really fast.
