As the assistant chief of the local fire department I contact SERVPRO to clean one of our very large American flags used for a ceremony. The flag unfortunately got covered in oil and grease from an aerial ladder it was hanging from. Their professional staff took on this task with a level of personal pride and enthusiasm.
