The tech cleaned and disinfected all the vents and cleaned out the furnace in just a couple hours. The house and heating system are back to normal. Disinfectant doesn't have any strong chemical smells and is safe for the pets in the house which is nice to know. The technician was incredibly friendly and made sure our concerns and questions were answered.
