SERVPRO of Downtown Charlotte/Team Cox understands the stress and worry that comes with a fire or water damage and the disruption it causes your life and home or business.
We opened our first SERVPRO franchise in May 2012. We started small but took every job and treated our customers with empathy and respect. Customer service is at the heart of what we do and has led to numerous awards as a Top 50 SERVPRO franchise. Our business grew rapidly and in addition to serving the greater Charlotte area, we also own SERVPRO franchises in Northwest Charlotte, Lake Norman, Gaston County, Lincoln County and South Carolina – serving both the York County and Richland County markets. Our team works 24/7/365 to meet the disaster restoration needs of our customers. We are here to help make any size disaster “Like it never even happened.”
