These people are great! We had a water leak from the ice maker. They came in the same day to mitigate the water, provide clear options and direction, and minimize the stress. They have the resources to manage these types of projects from cradle to grave. Honest, knowledgeable and timely, they have stayed in constant contact throughout the project. They packed out everything from the first floor and managed the furniture as if it were their own. We chose the company that laid the original floors to refinish the hardwood floors. While we were out of town, the flooring technicians ran into a problem. Randy (SERVPRO project manager) came by and managed the issue and resolved the problem, even though it was not his crew!! I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. If you have the misfortune to need these types of services, call them. Our PM was great throughout the process. Had some difficulties with the subcontractor from an timeliness and initial quality perspective but they made it right in the end. The contractor that did the carpet was great, high quality and professional. We had a mishap with another restoration company- was 2 months with no action, SERVPRO bailed us out and completed the work in a few weeks before we had company over the holidays. Thank you!!!!

Mold is horrible but SERVPRO was the complete opposite. A delight to work with.

Thankful that SERVPRO was able to save our basement from all the mold. It looks and smells so much nicer down there!

I discovered a water leak and contacted my insurance company to find out what to do. They recommended SERVPRO to me; in a short time I was contacted by John, a SERVPRO representative. John was at my house that day, and within two days (after the insurance company had an opportunity to assess), Ecila and Joe were at my house to begin the process of mold restoration. They came at my convenience each day, worked around my out-of- town plans, and finished up this morning while I had a break from work. They were extremely courteous, contacted me before arriving each time, and did a great job of not only treating the mold and cleaning out the carpet, baseboard, and wall area, but explaining the process to me each day as well.
