Name: Josh Harper
Details: Josh is prior-Army, now working as a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of South Charlotte. He holds the certification of Water Damage Restoration Technician from the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification).
Josh, currently residing in Charlotte, NC, was actually born in Virginia Beach but moved to North Carolina when he was young. He says that he is lucky that most of his family is here in North Carolina. His brother is a Marine (service runs in that families blood).
When he's not working, Josh can often be found tinkering around on a computer or playing Magic: The Gathering with friends.

Art (seen here hamming it up for his photo) is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of South Charlotte. Art embodies the term "family man", to say his loved ones are important to him is an understatement.
Art is a polite, fun-loving guy... but don't let that fool you... he takes his work and learning very seriously! Art has earned the Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification from the IICRC and his Lead Renovator Certification from the State of North Carolina.

Ramon Robinson is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of South Charlotte. Ramon is a professional with many years of restoration industry experience.

My washing machine sensor that tells it when to stop filling stopped working. Within four hors of the disaster, SERVPRO of South Charlotte was at my house with fans and dehumidifiers. Within 24 hours they were back to pull the flooring because water had gotten underneath it. They promised completion in 7 weeks and they delivered with flying colors. The entire staff, from the office, to the people in the field, and their subcontractors were all professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.
