We had to call them for a water leak, and they were at our house in no time. Because of their quick response and excellent knowledge, they were able to save our solid hardwood floors from damage and our carpet. Once they finished cleaning up and drying out the house we only had to paint a few walls. I would call these guys anytime!!
We had SERVPRO come out to clean our couches, rugs, and carpet. I have had several other professionals provide the same services to the same areas and the stains have never been lifted. When I called SERVPRO it was honestly more for peace of mind knowing that everything was clean. I did not expect the stains to actually be removed since no one else has ever been able to do it before. When they were finished everything looked brand new, smelled amazing, and there were NO more stains anywhere. They were very professional, polite, on time, and most of all thorough. About Us
Our Owners, Mike and James Gosnell have 18 years + experience in property restoration and commercial construction. This depth of knowledge and ability to serve clients needs are the driving force behind SERVPRO of Mt. Airy, Pilot Mountain's mission.
Mike worked his way through college as a SERVPRO Production Technician and then went to work on the regional and national level of SERVPRO as a Franchise Business Consultant, working with over 100 franchises. After that, he went to work with a large flooring contractor for the next eight years before opening SERVPRO of Mt. Airy, Pilot Mountain. His experience and leadership in growing and leading organizations provides the foundation for our franchise's continued success.
James is a former United States Marine who served in two oversees deployments. After serving, he earned his Bachelor of Finance from the University of South Alabama. Prior to opening this franchise, James was a Project Manager on large scale commercial flooring projects in Florida and North Carolina. He's experienced in managing complex and fast moving construction projects.
