In the midst of such a mess the overall experience and the SERVPRO staff was wonderful. They answered questions and were pleasant.
We recently had a very pleasant experience with SERVPRO following a major water leak in our two-story home. They arrived on time the day after we had 5 rooms heavily impacted by water damage, with fans and dehumidifiers to get the drying process started. They worked closely with us to explain their clean-up process, and what we should expect over the next week or so. They were at our house, on time, every day for the next 6 days to monitor the dampness and to perform the demo work required to prepare the house for repairs. They worked with the insurance company's field appraiser in his assessment, who agreed with all the repairs recommended by the SERVPRO team. Paul and Jake were very courteous, informative, and respectful of our time. We would recommend this company to anyone!

The 3 gentlemen dispatched from SERVPRO to come to our home were extremely professional, dedicated, and hard working. In a matter of a few hours they had our carpet, base boards, and padding out and started the drying process. We could not have asked for a better crew to come out in our time of need. I can tell you that without a doubt if any of my Marines ever experience a disaster such as we did I will definitely recommend your company!
The anxiety that comes with a flooded home can be extremely devastating, not only emotionally but physically as well. When our home recently was flooded by a kitchen faucet failure, SERVPRO arrived immediately and began mitigating the water and drying out our residence. About Us
SERVPRO of Greenville has been serving the area for over 20 years now. New owners, John and Cynthia Baldwin, have been managing SERVPRO Franchises along the Eastern Coast since 2015. The Baldwins were doing a great job with helping customers and knew that they could do more for the area. When the previous owners wanted to sell their franchise John and Cynthia were ready to take on the new responsibility to help the people of Greene and Pitt Counties.
The leadership and experience from owning a construction company for 30 years is driving new life and growth into SERVPRO of Greenville. The resources available to their customers allows for a one-stop-shop experience for customers. A home water damage can go from disaster to "Like it never even happened," without having to hire multiple contractors and getting multiple bids. An easy experience for homeowners and insurance companies alike.
