Jake is a Production Leader/Estimator. He has been with the company since 2013, making him our most experienced mitigation employee! Jake has several certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), including Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and more.
Justin Woosley
Justin is a Production Technician and has been with us since 2017. As a senior technician, Justin has seen and taken care of a wide variety of situations. He is a lover of animals, experienced in the ways of restoration, and is a customer favorite due to his friendly personality and care-free smile. Justin is ready to help with whatever you may need.
Wesley Weatherholtz
Wesley works as a supporting role in the office, helping with marketing, content creation, digital brand awareness, social media content, technical support, networking, asset management, vehicle maintenance management, purchasing, and production, when needed. Wesley enjoys helping others and finding new ways to connect with the community. When he isn't working or attending school, Wesley enjoys spending time with loved ones and exploring new opportunities to enjoy life.
Eduardo Rojo
Eduardo has been a part of the SERVPRO family for many years. Ed has a Water Damage Restoration certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Ed schedules and performs our HVAC duct cleanings, has a significant amount of experience in all facets of our business, and can reliably be counted upon to get the job done right.

About Us
SERVPRO of Greenville has been serving the area for over 20 years now. New owners, John and Cynthia Baldwin, have been managing SERVPRO Franchises along the Eastern Coast since 2015. The Baldwins were doing a great job with helping customers and knew that they could do more for the area. When the previous owners wanted to sell their franchise John and Cynthia were ready to take on the new responsibility to help the people of Greene and Pitt Counties.
The leadership and experience from owning a construction company for 30 years is driving new life and growth into SERVPRO of Greenville. The resources available to their customers allows for a one-stop-shop experience for customers. A home water damage can go from disaster to "Like it never even happened," without having to hire multiple contractors and getting multiple bids. An easy experience for homeowners and insurance companies alike.
New resources for commercial properties and storm events are also now available. The Baldwins have hundreds of air movers and dehumidifiers earmarked for large loss and storms. They are ready 24/7 with experienced crews and equipment to take on the biggest commercial losses and storms.
