I've had opportunities over the past several years to use the services of SERVPRO of Franklin, Vance, and Granville Counties in NC. They've cleaned carpets, upholstered furniture, and most recently we used them to draw out smoke from my house when our (nearby) hay barn burned down. The staff is extremely professional when you call their office for an appointment and when they come out to do the work. Worker's shoes where removed or covered before entering the house and they left the house better than they found it. This business is very "community spirited" with local non-profits and business association involvement. They give back to the communities they serve.I have been extremely pleased with them.

The SERVPRO crew did a great job in cleaning up after my fire damage. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical in the beginning, but they guys blew me away with their cleaning!! I wish I could have it done once a month!

This SERVPRO location has excellent customer service. They worked really hard to accommodate a job that I was trying to schedule out of town for my local elderly parent. I also must add that she really lived outside of their service area, but I couldn't find another company willing or available to service our location. The technician was honest and knowledgeable. He let me know that the job was not as bad as I thought and it didn't warrant they type of services they provide and made recommendations. The office communication was also very good, they kept me informed by phone and email.

Words cannot express how thankful I am to the SERVPRO team. Everyone was extremely friendly, patient and responsive to our needs. Great team!

When we discovered possible water damage in our Mother's bathroom, we reached out to SERVPRO for help. We weren't sure where to go since it seemed like it had happened a while ago, but they were patient and helped us through the whole process! We trust their work!
