They were always polite and cleaned up the mess that was made. What should have taken a month lasted almost three months. This was NOT SERVPRO's fault. The flooring we wanted to replace the old one with was on back order. It took over a month to get the flooring and have it installed. This detail was out of their control. So when all was said and done, we were VERY pleased with the results. I can’t say enough about the professionalism SERVPRO showed us. When the job was finally completed, it really was "Like it never even happened." I would use SERVPRO of Elizabeth City/OBX again but hope we don’t have another problem. Thank you, SERVPRO!
