They clearly communicated with us what was going to take place and were always on-site to make sure the work was being done properly. My house was left better and cleaner than it was before the fire. Quick on the job and willing to go the extra mile. They know what they are doing and have the proper equipment and experience to fix water damage quickly and correctly. Also have used them for routine carpet cleaning as well - great job at a fair price and no pushy sales like those carpet cleaning places. Highly recommended.

After an electrical fire displaced our family a week and a half before Christmas, John and his team were extremely punctual and communicative. They kept us in the loop during the entire process and I feel like they went to bat for our best interests. Over the 4 month process they mediated between us and the Insurance, and I feel that they went to bat for us and looked out for our best interest. They timed out all of the contractors to get us back in before our baby was due and even went so far as to drop off a gift bag from the Inside staff, who are nothing but pleasurable to work with. 10/10 would recommend John and his team to anyone in a dynamic situation like ours. I told John (the president of the company) when they finished their job for me that I hoped I never had to meet him again in a business capacity and I meant it!
