SERVPRO of Concord
Britt Holcomb
Britt and Stacy Holcomb are the franchise owners of SERVPRO of Greensboro North, Burlington, Kernersville, Winston Salem North, Lexington/Thomasville, Salisbury, Kannapolis/China Grove, and Concord. Originally starting out with one franchise when they moved to Greensboro in 1999, they have now grown to one of the largest territories in North Carolina.
Originally from Columbus, Georgia, Britt now resides with Stacy and their two kids in McLeansville, NC. Britt has always been in the restoration industry, working as a production manager for SERVPRO when he was 19. He has now been an owner for 26 years! He is certified through SERVPRO for Crew Management, Fire Restoration, and Water Restoration. Britt is also certified through IICRC for Water Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and an Applied Microbial Remediation Technician.
Mike Gosnell
Mike is our Chief Operating Officer here at Team Holcomb with over 15 years of experience in SERVPRO and construction services.
Brian Carlson
Brian is our Director of Training & Development, with previous experience as a SERVPRO owner, he makes sure all of our staff gets proper training on restoration!
Tim Coffey
Tim is our Director of Construction and has been with Team Holcomb since early 2023. He has a background in construction management and helps ensure our customers get their homes put back together "Like it Never Even Happened."
Kayle Smith
Kayle is our Director of Administration and has been with Team Holcomb for over 2 years now, she holds the office together!
Darrell Coltrane
Darrell is our Operations Manager for our Concord branch and has been with Team Holcomb for over a year now. Darrell came to us with a background in managerial experience and has helped to exponentially grow the Concord office since its acquisition in 2019!
Alfredo Montero
Alfredo is our restoration supervisor of the Concord branch. He has been with Team Holcomb for over a year, but came to us with previous experience working for SERVPRO in New York and we are so lucky to have him!
Andre Bryant
Andre is one of our most recent additions as restoration technician!
Jorge Moreira
Jorge is another new addition to the Team Holcomb team as restoration technician!
Chase Menard
Chase is our Project Manager for the Concord office, helping customers with the construction part of their project to make the damage like it like it never even happened.
Brad Rossi
Brad is our Business Development Representative in our Concord market and works hard at creating connections and relationships among insurance agents, property managers, and many more in the community!
Chelsea Johnson
Chelsea is our Accounts Receivable and has been with Team Holcomb since mid-2024!
Harley Whitesell
Harley is our lead intake and first on the phones to help our customers through stressful situations and she does a great job at it!
Mark Parrish
Mark is new to Team Holcomb as senior estimator, providing mitigation and construction estimates to customers. He has a background as an insurance adjuster which gives him extensive knowledge into estimating as well as walking customers through the insurance process.
Savanna DeBusk
Savanna is our Job File Coordinator, ensuring that all jobs are documented properly in order to submit to insurance companies and homeowners can rest easy knowing their claim was taken care of.
Jordyn Holcomb
Jordyn is our Marketing Support Coordinator, keeping our social media up-to-date and planning community events to increase brand awareness.
