Britt and Stacy Holcomb
Britt and Stacy Holcomb are the franchise owners of SERVPRO of South Cabarrus. Britt and Stacy have owned several SERVPRO franchises for 20+ years.
Originally from Columbus, Georgia, Britt and Stacy now reside with their two kids in Browns Summit, NC.
Britt has an extensive history in the restoration industry. He has always been in the restoration and has been with SERVPRO for twenty-five years! Britt is certified through SERVPRO for Crew Management, Fire Restoration, and Water Restoration. He is also certified through IICRC for Water Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician.
When he is not working, Britt likes to be out on an ATV, camping, and in general, loves being outdoors. He also likes to travel especially to Vegas, New York, and on cruises.
Darrell Coltrane
Darrell is our Production Manager for our Concord branch and has been with Team Holcomb for over a year now. Darrell came to us with a background in managerial experience and has helped to exponentially grow the Concord office since its acquisition in 2019!
Alfredo Montero
Alfredo is our restoration supervisor of the Concord branch. He has been with Team Holcomb for over a year, but came to us with previous experience working for SERVPRO in New York and we are so lucky to have him!
Jailen Simmons
Jailen is one of our experienced technicians who started with Team Holcomb in Greensboro and recently moved to the Concord branch about in early 2024. He is a huge asset to our team and plans on furthering his knowledge with IICRC certifications.
Tim Coffey
Tim is our Project Manager for all reconstruction jobs in the Concord area and has been with Team Holcomb since early 2023. He has a background in construction management and helps ensure our customers get their homes put back together "Like it Never Even Happened."

I had SERVPRO come out to check on a water issue in my crawlspace. I originally had two other companies come out which had quite different ideas and solutions to offer, so it was confusing. Then I called SERVPRO, and I'm so glad that I did! I could tell that John really wanted to help. What he had to say made total sense, and provided peace of mind. I feel that the other companies were using scare tactics in order to sell unnecessary services. I would highly recommend them if you want someone to be honest and not try to sell you unnecessary services.

Very impressive, top-notch company! We called this company after a flooding inside our home and we utilized their services to dry out our home. Wonderful, professional, tenacious, and any other trait you desire. Definitely recommend.

They took great care of our crawlspace. Removed all mold and mildew from the craspae. Thanks a lot.
I want to compliment Gaby, Jesse, and ShaRhonda on their exceptional customer service skills. They have been so helpful to work with during such a terrible process.
Elaine and the team she is on does wonders. They do all they can to keep everyone on the same page and make you feel comfortable before anything is done. I would recommend them to anyone!

Quick on the job and willing to go the extra mile. They know what they are doing and have the proper equipment and experience to fix water damage quickly and correctly. Also have used them for routine carpet cleaning as well - great job at a fair price and no pushy sales like those carpet cleaning places. Highly recommended.
