I can't say enough good things about the professional crew They are very knowledgeable about many different problems and solutions. They won't finish until they make things right. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Carteret County I am adding that it all depends on your insurance company as well. We came to a stand still when it came to replacing the insulation under the crawl space as well as the moisture barrier. We have Allstate. These things take time so you will have to flex ?? your patience muscles!

Excellent! Positive, professional, punctual and very responsive! I had water damage to my flooring and they got it cleaned up and dried up and repaired in no time! 

I called SERVPRO of Carteret & East Onslow Counties because I had several indoor rugs that desperately needed to be cleaned. Not only did they thoroughly clean the rugs (the rugs smelled great) but they were so kind and professional and easy to work with. I have their magnet on my refrigerator and will definitely call them again!

After recently learning about SERVPRO's upholstery restoration process on social media I immediately booked an appointment to get the car seats in my wife's car restored. We have a toddler and these seats have seen better days. From juice boxes to milk shakes in the last four years these seats have seen it all. SERVPRO as a whole was a great company to work with. The office staff was very accommodating and the magic the crew worked on these seats was well worth every penny. It really brought the car back to life, looked so clean and smelled so fresh. Alexis informed us of all the other services SERVPRO has to offer and I can't wait to book a duct cleaning for our home. Highly recommend this business!

My parents have a rental unit in Beaufort, NC that I help them manage. After their renters contracted Covid, I needed to disinfect the unit before the next guests arrived. I contacted SERVPRO of Carteret and East Onslow Counties on a Thursday and spoke with Dakota. She was incredibly accommodating and professional, understanding the urgency of my request to have the unit cleaned by Sunday. Despite their fully booked schedule, they managed to rearrange their appointments to fit me in.

Tim personally texted me once the job was completed, confirming that the unit was disinfected and ready. The entire team was courteous and professional, making the whole process seamless and stress-free. I was confident that the rental unit was properly cleaned and safe for future guests.

Wow, these guys are amazing. I was extremely embarrassed at the state of my home after being gone for a month, being out of state for a family emergency. The people I had taking care of my home and pets while I was gone didn't do what needed to be done, so my house was disgusting, and beyond smelly.
The guys explained everything that they were going to be doing, and are very informative all the way around. I feel they went above and beyond for me. Bryson was very nice and knowledgeable, Mark works fast and is also very kind. All 3 gentlemen were very courteous and eased my anxiety and embarrassment. They work hard and fast. Brent was very nice, helpful, and I feel like they all did a little extra to help me. Dakota (in the office)was very sweet and helpful getting back to us and getting the guys out here quickly.
